Crawlspace questions, answered.
Understand the options before you request an estimate. Elite confirms the final scope with you based on your crawlspace and project needs.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. Elite offers free estimates. The final project price depends on the crawlspace size, condition, access, and agreed work; the online recommendation is a starting point, not a final quote.
How does the online recommendation work?
Answer five questions about the conditions you have noticed, then submit your contact information. After your submission succeeds, you can view the recommended system. Elite receives your request for follow-up.
What can encapsulation include?
Depending on the agreed scope, options include a 12-mil ground liner, foundation-wall spray foam, old-insulation removal, mold or mildew remediation when present, and a crawlspace dehumidifier. NOTE: Not every project needs every component.
Is a ground liner the same as a complete system?
A ground liner is one component. Other work may be recommended based on your crawlspace conditions. Elite reviews the scope with you rather than assuming the same package fits every home.
Is a dehumidifier always required?
No. A dehumidifier is an option, not an automatic requirement for every project. Its inclusion depends on the project and the scope you approve.
Do you serve my address?
Elite is based in Jasper, Georgia. Contact the team with your property location to confirm service availability, including nearby areas across state lines. County coverage does not guarantee a particular travel time to every address.
When can I call?
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern. You are welcome to call at any time. If we are unavailable, please leave a message with your name, phone number, and a brief description of your request. Our team will return your call as promptly as possible.
