How we collect and use your information.

Information we collect

When you request your results, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property status, survey answers, and any property address or comments you choose to provide. We also keep your recommended package, estimated starting price, and submission time.

We collect information about your visit, such as pages and buttons you use, the advertisement or website that brought you here, and advertising identifiers. Our hosting and measurement providers may also process your IP address, browser and device information, and approximate location. The website does not request your device's precise location.

How we use information

We use your answers to recommend a crawlspace package and your contact details to follow up by phone, text, or email about your request. We also use information to evaluate projects, arrange estimates, maintain business records, protect the website, and understand which advertisements lead to inquiries.

Who processes your information

Elite and the people helping us respond to requests can access submitted information. We use Resend to deliver estimate requests by email, our email provider to receive and store them, and Vercel to host the website. Requests may be forwarded to team members handling your inquiry.

Google services help us measure website activity and advertising performance. These providers process information needed for their services. Google's use of information is described in the links below.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use browser storage to remember your survey progress and display your results. Analytics and advertising tracking are enabled by default. Google services, including Analytics and Ads when active, can use cookies and similar technologies to measure visits, inquiries, and advertising performance and support personalized advertising. Website activity can be associated with browser or advertising identifiers; it is not necessarily anonymous.

We attach available information about the advertisement or referring website to your estimate request. Our website's standard activity events do not include the contact details, comments, or individual survey answers you enter in the form.

For eligible advertising visits, a Google forwarding number may connect your call to Elite. Call reporting can measure details such as call time and duration. This website does not enable call recording.

Learn how Google uses information from websites. You can manage personalized ads through Google My Ad Center or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. These controls do not stop every form of website measurement.

How long information is kept

Survey progress is saved temporarily in your browser and normally clears when the browser session ends. Information about the advertising or website source of your visit can remain in browser storage for up to 90 days after capture; later visits may refresh that period.

Submitted requests are stored separately from browser data, including in email and forwarded copies. Their retention depends on ongoing follow-up, project needs, recordkeeping obligations, and marketing analysis; the 90-day browser period does not delete these records. Contact us to ask about information associated with your request. Service providers also apply their own retention practices.

Your choices

You can read the website without submitting the form or contact Elite directly. Your browser settings can limit cookies or clear stored website data, although doing so may reset your survey progress and will not remove a request already submitted to us.

Contact us to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop follow-up communications. We may need to verify your identity and retain some records for legitimate business or legal reasons. Any privacy rights available to you depend on applicable law.
