Elite Contractor Services LLC uses the information in this crawlspace experience to recommend an estimate starting point, respond to your request, and understand which marketing brought you to the page.
Survey answers and recommendation
The five yes-or-no crawlspace answers, your current survey step, the resulting package recommendation, and a confirmation marker after successful submission are stored in your browser's session storage. This lets the survey continue during the same browser session and allows the recommendation page to display your result. The information is not placed in the page URL.
Estimate-request information
If you submit the form after completing the survey, Elite receives your first name, any last name or property address you provide, phone number, email address, property status, any optional comments, all five survey answers, the server-confirmed recommendation and investment, the submission time, and available campaign attribution. Your personalized recommendation is displayed after the submission succeeds.
The form uses a same-site server endpoint. When email delivery is configured, Resend processes the request so it can be delivered to Elite. Vercel hosts the website and may process standard technical request information needed to operate and secure it.
Analytics and advertising measurement
Analytics and advertising tracking are enabled by default when configured. Google Tag Manager may load tags that use cookies and browser storage for measurement and advertising personalization. Events may record non-identifying actions such as opening or completing the survey, viewing the recommendation, starting the form, successfully generating a lead, or selecting a call action. The form values and individual yes-or-no answers are not sent as ordinary analytics event data.
Campaign parameters, ad click identifiers, the landing path, and the referring site may be retained for up to 90 days and attached to an estimate request so Elite can understand which campaigns produce leads. Browser settings can limit cookies or clear stored site data.
Choices and retention
You may use the informational page without submitting the form. Necessary session storage is limited to the estimate-builder experience and normally ends when the browser session ends. Submitted estimate requests may be retained by Elite for customer follow-up, project evaluation, recordkeeping, and marketing-performance analysis.
